Have you ever eaten this delicious, tasty, hot and juicy Nigerian Stew called Ayamase? There are lots of tasty Nigerian dishes but this particular stew called Ayamase has its own uniqueness that makes it stand out. The ingredients used to prepare this delicious meal are pepper, palm oil, onions, locust beans, bouillion cubes, salt, smoked fish, boiled eggs, meat and crayfish powder.

Ayamase Stew is mostly served with plain rice and this meal is delicious. In a YouTube video by Eat with Que titled This Nigerian Egg Stew Hit Hard !!(Ayamase with Rice),Que is seen eating this delicious meal as well as giving some interesting commentary with regards to the whole experience of eating Ayamase with Rice. A rating by the Punch Newspaper website had Ayamase and Rice meal making it into the top 10 dishes for the festive season with other dishes like Jollof Rice, Pounded Yam and Efo Riro as well as Amala and Ewedu Soup also making it on the list.
